If you decide to mix between the festivals of Ramadan, the festive month for Arabs around the world, and gaming; you would get Ramadan Raid. Introducing our gaming event for the holy month, we take gamers on a wild ride for two days on .the Greek Campus in Downtown Cairo

Ramadan Raid focuses on bringing the theme of Ramadan to gamers, with authentic decorations designed in-house and a glorious atmosphere, and adding them to plenty of gaming activities, be it organized gaming tournaments or casual gaming sessions.

Engagement is number one in Ramadan Raid

Our event focuses on bringing gamers together, no matter what games they play, in one place to celebrate the month of Ramadan. Our activities rely on their participation, and every event during the two days won’t leave anyone behind.

Console gamer, PC gamer, or even mobile gamer? It doesn’t matter. We bring everyone together under our umbrella, and we engage them in many activities that cover their favorite video games, and even give them the chance to try new titles released by our partners, such as Ubisoft.

Bringing never-before-made activities

Ramadan Raid is not about games only; sure, it plays a major role in the event, but we didn’t forget about Ramadan itself. Our event starts after sunset, and it ends right before sunrise prayers, the time we begin to fast.

Over the course of these hours, our gaming zones are ready for gamers to try the newest titles, and our gaming competitions are on through the whole time. Many players are not interested in competitive gaming, and after playing in our gaming zones, they search for more activities to do.

We have that covered, as Ramadan Raid gathers streamers and influencers together to host many activities for the two days. From talks, meet-and-greets, and playing with the audience, we surely know how to entertain them during the event.

Since Ramadan is about fasting, and we want to spend the most time with our attendees, we invite them to have Suhoor with us, the last meal before fasting every night in Ramadan.

All these activities are made by us from scratch, starting from planning to final execution, only to deliver the best experience for Egyptian gamers in the heart of Cairo.

Ramadan Raid is all about inclusivity

It doesn’t matter if it’s the first time you play the game, or if it’s the 1000th time. We want everyone to participate in our competitions, as we believe that gaming is about bringing people together with all skill levels.

Aside from boarding the ship with everyone, we also aim for fair play and sportsmanship. Our on-ground competitions are run by our own staff to ensure that everyone gets the same chance, with the same hardware and equipment, while maintaining a high level of professionalism to ensure that no occurrence of cheating would happen, as if it were an esports tournament on the grandest stage of them all.

We are making the right impact

Egypt barely has any gaming events associated with a specific season, and that is what we aimed for when we kicked off Ramadan Raid in 2023. We want gamers to have at least one event in every season in Egypt, and we decided to start with the favorite season for every Egyptian, not only gamers.

Add this to our message of inclusivity, and you will get the right image of how gaming should look like in our region; available for everyone at a competitive level, not only for esports professionals but for casual gamers as well.

We are kicking it off again with Ramadan Raid in 2024, as we aim to deliver an even better experience that nobody should miss.
